Brenda Elizabeth Torbett Fulton, 83 passed away Wednesday, May 17th 2023, in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Brenda was born August 12, 1939, in Lebanon VA, a daughter to James G and Eula Ray Torbett. Brenda graduated from Jefferson High School in Roanoke VA class of 1958. Brenda was employed by Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke VA, Ted Mart and Joske’s of Texas in San Antonio, TX. She was also employed by Larry Herron Inc in Williamsport PA. Brenda retired from Wachovia Bank after working several years in banking.

Brenda is survived by her son, David Fulton of Belpre, OH and her daughter, Lori Donaldson and husband, Dallas of Parkersburg, WV, her granddaughter Krysten Brown and husband Trevor of Mansfield OH and her grandson Christopher Short of Vienna, WV. In addition to her parents, Brenda was proceeded in death by her sisters Jimmy Dee Torbett at birth, Marilyn T. Humphreys (and her husband Charles) and Virginia Ann Swanson (and her husband Gerry).

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Oakey’s North Chapel in Roanoke, VA. Visitation will be May 25th at noon with a graveside service at 2 at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Brenda was a beautiful soul and will be deeply missed by her children, grandchildren and friends.
