Catherine Sherertz Joppich passed from this world on Monday December 21st, 2020. Caty was the daughter of Carl Sherertz and Barbara Sherertz. She graduated from Mary Washington College. She worked for the USGS and with her husband at Digital Image. She spent most of her life joyfully caring for her children. She loved travelling, painting, and spending time with her family. Surviving are her husband, William Joppich, her daughter, Anna and son David; her brother Jay Sherertz and sister Mary Claiborne Frye. She had many other friends and family in her life and everyone who knew her knows she was one of the most kind, strong, creative and honest person that they were lucky to have known. Her loving spirit will be with all forever.

Due to covid restrictions the gathering will be limited to immediate family and close friends.
In lieu of flowers please donate to your favorite charity in her honor as she loved them all.
