Charlotte Fulcher Shreve, 90, of Salem, Virginia, passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2023. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 72 years, Russell Shreve. Charlotte is survived by a son, Gary Shreve (Patsy); two daughters, Julie Fleshman (Tony) and Jennifer Thompson (Greg); 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren and happily awaiting 2 additional great grandchildren. And a sister-in-law, Blanche Yates (Lester). She was a member of Belmont United Methodist Church and a founding member of Three Oaks United Methodist Church. The family will receive visitors from 1 to 2 pm on Thursday, May 25 2023, at Oakey’s Roanoke Chapel with the Funeral Service beginning at 2 pm with the Rev. Dr. Rob Colwell officiating.
