Obituary for Evant Butcher Jr.
Evant J. “Butch” Butcher, Jr. died on Saturday, January 30, 2021. He was born on August 4, 1946 to the late Evant and Violet Butcher.
Butch was inducted into the Army from 1966 to 1968 and served in the Vietnam War. He was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers “Local 147” with 50 plus years of loyalty. He will be greatly missed.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Richard and Kenneth Williams.
Butch is survived by his wife, Deborah Butcher; brother, Robert L. Butcher “Bob” and his wife, Maxine; special puppy, Pepper.
