George Dale Kasey, 77, of Roanoke, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 29, 2023.  He retired from Cooper Industries. George was a loving brother and will be greatly missed by his family.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Edgar and Georgia Rose Kasey; brother, Thomas Earl Kasey; and sister, Ethel Lee Settle.  George is survived by his brother, Sherman Mack Kasey; sisters, Barbara Ann Smith, Patty Sue Cobb, Billie Jean Bellio; and several nieces, nephews and special friends.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Oakey's North Chapel with Pastor Rodney Spears officiating.  Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends from 12:00PM till servicetime at the funeral home on Saturday, May 6, 2023.
