Greg Edward Dent, 46, of Roanoke passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2023.

He enjoyed listening to music and he had a lot of love for his family and spending time with his boys.

Greg is preceded in death by his son, Gavin Dent; parents, Everett “Pete” and Joyce Dent.

He is survived by his wife, Jane D. Dent; son, Chase Dent; brother, Everett Leon Dent, Jr. and his wife, Kim; and other extended family.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at Evergreen Burial Park with Pastor Dan Netting officiating. Arrangements by Oakey’s South Chapel.
