John Wesley Gordon Jr., 45, of Roanoke, Va., went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 19, 2023.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Wesley Gordon Sr.

John is survived by his mother, Connie Jean Clapp; a brother, William Greenhawk; his sister, Kimberly Gordon; a brother, William S. Gordon; his son, Kaleb Rain Gordon; and many loving nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, May 26, 2023, at Oakey’s Vinton Chapel. A Memorial Service will be conducted from 6 to 8 pm on Friday, June 2, 2023, at Parkway Church On The Mountain, 3645 Orange Ave., NE, Roanoke, VA 24012
