Obituary for Julie Jeavons (Jevorutsky)

Julie Jevorutsky Jeavons went home to her Lord and Savior, whom she believed in with all her heart, on April 2, 2021 after a courageous battle with breast cancer.
She was born on February 11, 1964 in Pound Wisconsin to Chester and the late Shirley (Rakowsi) Jevorutsky. She graduated in 1982 from Faith Christian School in Pound WI, in 1985 from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL, and in 1989 from Cairn University in Langhorne, PA with a Bachelor’s Degree in Bible and Christian Education. She married David S. Jeavons on May 23, 1987 and had two children with whom she was most proud of home schooling . After her children were grown, she taught many English online classes to both adults and children throughout the world. Music was a very important part of her life as she taught piano, directed and sang in choirs, and was a church soloist. She welcomed many exchange students in her home and later visited some of them in their homes. She was looking forward to traveling the world with her husband, but God had other plans.
Julie is survived by her loving husband, David S. Jeavons, her son Joel, and her daughter Olivia; her father Chester Jevorutsky, her brother Richard Jevorutsky and her sister Leanne (Randy) Hoffman. In addition to her mother preceding her in death, her sister Janice (Gary) VanderBloemen also preceded her in death. She had the wonderful experience of being with Janice in February 2020 where they made a pact to sit on a heavenly beach together drinking pina coladas. Julie is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
The family would like to thank all her many relatives and friends for their prayer and support in the recent months. Julie’s celebration of life will be at a later undetermined date
