June Elizabeth Martin Alcorn, 84, of Moneta passed away on Thursday November 17, 2022 after a long battle with her health.  June was a loving wife and mother. She enjoyed collecting bird figurines, tea cups, and spoons from many places traveled with family.  June loved sitting with family to work the annual jigsaw puzzle.  She was happiest being with her family and sharing a meal.

June was the daughter of the late H. DeWitt Martin and Nellie Dialpha Layne Martin. June is survived by her husband of 59 years, Carlton W. Alcorn; and their two daughters Ayme Gierchak(Karen); Leah Quam (Brian); grandsons, Marley Quam, Lawson Quam, and John Irish Gierchak IV. Her surviving siblings Doris Millehan, Naomi Jamison (Vernon), Wanda Myers (Chuck), and Charles “Charlie” Martin (Pat); and numerous nephews and nieces who were all so special to her.
