Obituary for Mary Frances Thompson-Steinmetz
Mary Frances Thompson-Steinmetz, age 65, went to be with the Lord on March 1st.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary S. Thompson, and father, Edward L. Thompson; her daughter, Melissa F. Abshire, and grandson, Jack E. Sheets III. She was survived by her husband, Robert P. Steinmetz; her two daughters, Tiffany D. Joanis and Amy N. Thompson; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and many other people she adopted as her children along the way. This Amazing, loving, and one of a kind woman will be greatly missed. We will always love you infinity times two squared Mom.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, March 11, 2022 at Oakey’s Roanoke Chapel with Pastor Barry Fitzgerald officiating.
