Ngu Van Nguyen, 78 of Roanoke passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2023.  Mr. Nguyen was born in Vietnam to his parents, Tin Nguyen and That Thi.  He served in the Vietnam Navy.

He is survived by his wife, Phuoc Do; his sons, Kiet Nguyen and Vu Nguyen (and wife, Hung Dang); his daughter, Tuyet Nguyen (and husband, Tien Le); his seven grandchildren; his brother; and other brothers and sisters in Vietnam; and a sister-in-law.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 26, 2023 at Oakey's North Chapel.  A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. and departing for Mountain View cemetery in Vinton at 12:00 noon.
