Obituary for Rhonda Wotring (Nichols)

Rhonda L (Nichols) Wotring, Age 55 passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 28th, 2022 at her home. She was born July, 23rd, 1967, in San Diego California. She was a 1986 graduate of Cave Spring High School. Rhonda was a retail/logistics manager in the Roanoke Valley and the Charlotte NC area for 35 years. She was beloved by her customers and her staffs, many of these relationships lasted until her passing.  She had a lifelong love of all things Disney, even managing the Disney Store at one point. She loved to watch and experience the joy and wonder of children, especially at Christmas time. Rhonda loved the simple pleasures of life, the beach, working on her doll house, listening to her favorite band Guns-n-Roses, watching her Dallas Cowboys and Detroit Tigers play,  and being Aunt Rah Rah to her nieces and great niece and nephew. Hunter Michael and Laurna Grace Martin.

Rhonda was a strong yet gentle soul. Her character is truly embodied in 1st Corinthians 13:4-13. She was deeply loving, kind and patient. She was humble and giving. She did not see faults but only promise and love in all people. Never thinking of herself, she gave her all to those she loved and those in need. She was a beautiful, elegant spirit that saw the best in everyone.
