Shirley R. Harrison, 83 of Roanoke, went to be with the Lord on Friday, February 11, 2022. She was a longtime member of Calvary Baptist Church, and is survived by her husband, Randolph E. Harrison; a son, Clay A. Fralin; daughter, G. Ann Fralin; two granddaughters, Toni Fralin, Ashley Sheppard; a sister, Polly Boone; nephew, John Boone; niece, Marcianne Johnson and husband Ben; stepchildren, Sara Hatcher, Susan Oyler and husband Mike, David Harrison and wife Debbie; and a number of step-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 AM Monday from Oakey’s Roanoke Chapel with Dr. Steven W. Pollard officiating. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to a favorite charity. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 PM on Sunday at Oakey’s Roanoke.
