Steven Andrew Trompeter, originally from Roanoke, Va., and most recently from Hutchinson Island, Fla., died on March 14, 2023, at the age of 77, after an extremely courageous battle with cancer.

Steven is the beloved husband of Maxyne Brill Trompeter of Hutchinson Island, Fla. And father of Cantor Star Alexandra Trompeter and Attorney Dolly Marlo Trompeter, both of San Francisco, Calif.

A Graveside Funeral Service will be held at 11 :30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, in Beth Israel Cemetery, 2900 Orange Ave., NE, Roanoke with Rabbi Jama Purser officiating.
