Obituary for Wallace Hillman
Wallace Milton Hillman, 94, of Roanoke, VA, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, April 16, 2021.
He was preceded in death by his wife Katherine; parents Thaddieus and Elizabeth; brothers Wes, Al, and Eddie; and sister, Jeannie.
Wallace is survived by his daughters, Kathy Southern (husband Leonard) and Donna Barker (husband Danny); son, Alan Hillman (wife Pamela); brother Chuck (wife Shirley); grandchildren, Adam Hillman, Andrew Hillman, Lynette Dodd, and Jeanine Poyner; and great-grandchildren, Zack Hillman, Aden Hillman, Haven Hillman, Harper Hillman, Amber Dodd, and Megan Dodd.
He was a longtime member of First Christian Church in Roanoke. Visitation will be held from 3:00 until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 24, 2021, at First Christian Church in Roanoke.
Funeral Services will follow at 4 p.m. at the church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Christian Church, 344 Church Avenue SW, Roanoke VA 24016.
