William Douglas (Bill) St.Clair, age 77, of Roanoke, Virginia, died on Saturday, April 25, 2020. Bill was born in Virginia, the only child of Douglas Spencer St.Clair and Louise Kennedy St.Clair. A private burial will take place at a later date in the family plot at Evergreen Burial Park.
