Obituary for Zola Ridgeway (Shaver)
Zola Ruth Ridgeway, 97, of Wirtz, Virginia, went to be with her Savior on Sunday, January 30, 2022, after a long illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Ridgeway.
Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Brenda Testerman. One grandson, Jimmy Testerman and his wife Kari and a granddaughter, Holly Hill and her husband W.T. Also, one great granddaughter, Cameron Testerman.
A funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Friday, February 4, 2022 at Oakey’s Roanoke Chapel with Pastor Joe Dillon officiating. Burial will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Planned Pethood of Franklin County, P.O. Box 2118, Rocky Mt., VA 24151.
